YOUTH TICKETS
The purchase and use of a Youth Ticket is strictly conditional on the provision of valid Parent/Guardian contact details. These details must be submitted by completing the form provided in the ticket confirmation email. Failure to provide Parent/Guardian contact details in advance may result in the Youth Ticket being invalid and entry to the Event being refused.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Good Things Festival (GTF) in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane is a licensed event for a mature audience aged 16+.

All patrons under 18 are required to provide Photo ID to enter the venue and supply emergency contact details for a parent or guardian when purchasing a ticket.

Accepted Forms of Photo Identification

• Valid Australian driver’s license or learner permit (digital or physical)
• Valid Passport (domestic or international)
• Valid state/territory proof of age cards
• Valid Keypass (digital or physical)
• Valid Australian student ID card

Patrons aged 16 and 17 will be permitted to attend independently, provided they present valid photo identification.

Alcohol service is strictly restricted to patrons aged 18 and over. Licensed areas will be controlled through age verification and secure wristbanding.

Minor patrons will be excluded from all bar zones. Their safety will be supported through clearly identifiable wristbands, staffed minor welfare posts, and active RSA monitoring to ensure compliance with State specific liquor and child safety regulations.

Any minor caught consuming alcohol will be handed to the Police.

The event has the capacity to be very loud, have high intensity crowd movements, bands that may use profanities in their performance and patrons drinking alcohol. Patrons under the age of 16 will not be admitted as GTF cannot guarantee the health and safety of small children.

ACCESSIBILITY:

GTF will be an accessible-friendly event as much as possible. Accessible viewing areas will be available at each stage area where possible. Disabled toilets are located throughout the site.

We recommend attending with a friend, as navigating large crowds can be difficult. With proper planning and extra time to move between stages, there is no reason why you shouldn't have a great day and enjoy the bands you love.

TICKET DELIVERY:

Tickets are accessible via the Ticketek App, your confirmation email, or your order history on the Ticketek website.

Ticketek takes the issue of scalping seriously.

Please comply with any stated ticket limit for this event. If you exceed the ticket limit, Ticketek may at its discretion cancel any or all of your ticket orders and tickets without notice.

This includes ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to Ticketek.
