Forum Melbourne is an over 18's venue. Patrons must be able to present one of the following ID's to gain entry: learner or driver's license, passport, proof of age card, keypass. If patrons are unable to present a valid form of ID, we can not permit you entry to the venue, and on these grounds, we can not provide a refund for your tickets.

Licensing

Booth Seating and Venue Mode
This event is sold as general admission standing. Limited booth seats may be available for purchase.

Booths seat 6 individual ticket holders or an entire booth can be purchased for 8 guests. Show your GA ticket along with your Booth Voucher at the Box Office on the night of the show to collect your Booth Wristband and enjoy the following:

  • Priority entry into the venue
  • Wristband to gain access to your reserved seated area
  • Complimentary drink voucher per person
  • Access to a VIP point of purchase at the bar

  • Package Details and Instructions: All VIP Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any VIP communications, email VIP@frontiertouring.com 48hrs prior to your show date.
  • Packages Subject to Change: All VIP Package items and experiences (including any pre-show events, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
  • Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current. Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
  • Arrival Time: A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package.
  • First Access / Early Entry: Access times to the Venue for the Meet and Greet Package and Fan Q&A Package will be staggered. Meet & Greet Package Purchasers will access the Venue before Fan Q&A Package Purchasers. Fan Q&A Package Purchasers will access the Venue after the Meet & Greet Package Purchasers but before the General Public. There is no sectioned off area on the Venue Floor (unless otherwise advised). Exact times will be sent to all VIP Package purchasers closer to the show dates.
  • Artist Interaction:here will be Artist interaction for the Meet & Greet and Fan Q&A. There may be further conditions contained in the Package details and instructions provided by Frontier, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements. Please note: the Photo Opportunity component of the Meet & Greet Package, may require you to use your own mobile phone device (professional photography equipment is not permitted). We will provide further details in regarding the Photo Opportunity component in the Customer Communication you will receive before your show date.
  • Commemorative VIP Tour Laminates: Commemorative VIP Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative VIP Tour Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
  • VIP Package Components (e.g. Commemorative VIP Tour Laminate): All VIP components are to be picked up at the Venue at the time designated for VIP check-in on the night of the concert, otherwise you may forfeit your opportunity to collect this part of your package. The relevant component will not be able to be mailed out.
  • All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above Meet and Greet and Fan Q&A Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
