Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. With the exception of the Backstage Tour only, the laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas. Lanyards are to be collected from the venue on the night of the show.

An instructional email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase, or as otherwise notified by the ticket purchaser. This email will be sent 3-5 business days before the event with timings and additional information. Please contact support@itdevents.com if this has not received no later than three (3) days prior to the show.

VIP Package holders must arrive by 5pm for the Backstage Tour at 5.30pm and the Meet & Greet at 6pm. If you do not arrive at this time, you may miss your opportunity to participate and no refunds will be given in this instance.
